Leider müssen wir feststellen dass unsere Ausgabe ein fehlerexemplar ist. Es fehlen dauernd Seiten, andere sind doppelt. Ist es möglich nochmal uns ein korrektes Exemplar zu senden. ? Meine Tochter kann ja sonst nicht alles üben. :) . Echt schlecht. Sie arbeitet damit in der Schule und zuhause. Und muss sich dauernd was kopieren lassen von den Freunden.
Leider kam das Heft fehlerhaft an, es fehlen viele Seiten, viele andere Seiten sind doppelt. Ich habe eine Ersatzlieferung angefordert und gehofft, diese kommt schnell und bevor ich das andere zurück schicke, da wir ja üben mussten. Leider ist bis jetzt (fast 10 Tage später) immer noch kein Ersatz da, sodass ich nun doch vorab das Heft zurückschicken muss, und somit nicht üben kann. Ich hoffe, dass wir dann nicht mehr so lange warten müssen und der Ersatz umghend kommt, da die Schulaufgabe ansteht. Leider kann man den Händler auch nicht direkt kontaktieren. Ob es ein Einzelfall ist oder die ganze Auflage fehlerhaft ist, kann ich also nicht sagen.
